Orders and necessary requirements
In order to buy on Pink Pampas website the customer must be over 18 years-old, own the necessary requirements to enter into a legally binding agreement, have a valid email address and have a credit card, a PayPal or an Apple Pay or Google Account.
Our products’ prices as showed on this website include vat and any other taxation as provided by Italian law.
The customer who purchases on Pink Pampas’ website enters into an agreement with pink pampas and accepts that any eventual dispute related to the use of this website will be regulated by current Italian law.
With reference to any cross-border dispute any eventual extra-judicial resolution will be in accordance with ue art. 434/2013 regulation (please check the following link http://ec.europa.eu.odr)
Pink Pampas reserves to itself the right to confirm the availability of the ordered thing.
In any event that the item will be not available, Pink Pampas will inform immediately the customer.
It is not possible to modify the order once it has been sent.
Each order is considered as a separate agreement.
Please remember that our products are handmade and there may be little irregularities in the pieces or in their details.
However, in the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to make an exchange or complete refund, pursuant to the conditions set forth by dedicated section shipping and returns.
Pink Pampas reserves the right to review anytime the terms of this agreement without any obligation of prior notification to customers.
Before submit any order the customer shall check for any eventual variation or implementation of this section.
Payment methods
The payments can be made by credit cards through Stripe platform, using Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.
You can also pay by wire transfer: just select the option at check out to receive the relevant bank data in order to make the payment. In this case your order will be processed once the payment will be received on Pink Pampas’ bank account.
Transaction security
All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and PayPal and are ssl encrypted and secure.
Pink Pampas does not collect or record any credit card details used when purchasing.
Delivery
Anyone at the delivery address who receives and signs for the goods shall be presumed by the courier and Pink Pampas to be authorized to receive the order on your behalf.
We will not be responsible in case of lost or stolen orders.
Other cost
The price you will pay is the price specified on the website. You also agree to pay the delivery fees and the gst (Australia only).
International customers are responsible for their own Countries duties and taxes.

The entire content of pinkpampas.com, as of the other social channels and pages of Pink Pampas, including but not limited to text, logo, patterns, artworks, illustrations, concept, images, colors, fonts, designs and pictures are exclusive property of Pink Pampas and protected by copyright.

Your privacy is important to us.
Personal information are collected by Pink Pampas when an order is made or when you join our mailing list.
We will manage your data at the only scope of the transactions, to process your order and advise you about news from time to time.

Important instructions to open our boxes
Our pieces are handmade in different raw materials, cut by hands with sharp edges, therefore we recommend to be totally careful while open the box and remove the wrapping.
We decline any responsibility for damage to things or persons.
Washing instructions for textile
Please remember that our textile pieces are dyed with natural colors extracted from fruits, plants and flowers.
We suggest to dry them clean or in cold water and don’t mix them together with any other cloth or piece (they may lose color).
