Each order is shipped from Milan, Italy.

We ship worldwide with few exceptions. Please check out our shipping chart here.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal.

You will have the possibility to check your shipping status step by step inserting here the tracking number you will receive directly by DHL once the parcel will be shipped.

Each order can take from 1 to 3 days to be processed.  

All the orders received after 12pm will be processed the day after.

Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders placed on any non-working day will be processed as soon as possible, on the following working days.

Average delivery times are 1-2 days for Italy (with the exception of islands that will require 1 day more) and 2-3 days for European Countries.

Extra UE Countries can take more than 3 days, depending on each Country.

Returns are allowed only for European Countries.

In the case the customer should be unhappy with our products, we will accept the goods back by 14 days from courier’s delivery receipt, with the right to a full refunding. Please read carefully our full policy here.

Always remember that our products are handmade by artisans and each piece is unique, so they can differ in sizes, colors and having little irregularities in details, if compared to the pictures.
