Milagros

“Milagros” is the Spanish word for “Miracle”; to European culture they are known as “Ex Votos”.

In the common way, Ex Votos symbolize protection and good luck.

Traditionally handcrafted in Mexico by families of tinsmiths-artists, who had been forging metal from centuries, they originally were born to adorn Churches, where devoted people used to offered a Milagros both in the hope of a pray or to give thanks for a pray answered.
